Undergraduate Student
Luis is a sophomore mechanical engineering student currently working on the Columbia Stellarator eXperiment. He is interested in the mechanical design of stellarator fusion systems, with a particular focus on magnetic coils in stellarators. Luis is interested in pursuing a career in renewable energy research. Outside the lab, Luis enjoys playing soccer, spending time in nature, and trying new cuisines.
